Check out littlegizmos.co.uk for a roof rack just like the olden days have seen them advertised there.
If you get one let us all know if its any good.

Not sure. A mate was able to put (on its side) his kid's 20" BMX on one of these basket racks, but barely. You might have an issue with the chopper's high handlebar and seat back.
