lets start the ball rolling with the subject of the rear window
this is the same as MK1 Mini, throughout the range of Elf/Hornet, as is the rubber and expander strip,
these are quire rare now, so care need to be taken on storage and removal,

Have you seen one these up close? I'm wondering how visible is the heating element? Is it inside the glass? Really hard to tell from the picture on Mini Spares.

Alex, this is a fantastic addition to the Elf/Hornet, although never produced with one fitted, for modern traffic it a boom,
Red Riley, modern heated windows are hard to detect that an element is present, looking at my MK2 one, it is very visible, think you would have to look at one to satisfy yourself,
If you can get hold of a period works Mini type for your Elf, that would look amazing
