Not that long. Luckily the previous owner had got the body done. The interior was a bit of a mess. The seats had almost
returned to brown leather, now original, thanks to Woolies. (Boy does the renovator smell bad). A long job, but well worth it.
Nice new carpets from North West Minis, gearbox gaitor sewn up from some vinyl
Stereo fitted (not helped by the previous owner putting the fuse box back on upside down (a bit confusing). Speakers fitted under
the rear seat, thanks to an internet template.
Inertia reel seatbelts fitted in place of the originals (will keep these, any future onwer may want to return it to standard)
Still some bits to finish, rear window fillet, door locks and mechanisms, rear bumper, wheel centres, chrome strips along the sills,
probably going to need a new headlining (can't get it clean whatever I use), rear view mirror and fuel filler cap.

Engine runs great, starts first time, looking forward to getting out on the road

The couple of wheel centres I have say Cosmic, although they don't look like any Cosmic wheels I've seen before.
I think they look pretty cool
